The RKMRS team have been trusted providers of mobility equipment for over 20 years. We offer mobile service and repair centres and work with highly trained technicians.

For optimal benefits, it’s good to have your equipment serviced once a year. Depending on the equipment, we cover comprehensive safety checks, nuts and bolts checks, battery checks, cleaning fluids, lubricants and more. If you need a major repair or replacement, we’ll offer an estimate. Don’t worry about remembering when the next service is due, we’ll keep track and send you a reminder.

Yes. We provide mobile and in-store service and repair of healthcare equipment to individual clients and large businesses like hospitals or senior nursing homes. All our technicians are certified and well trained to provide service and repairs for your equipment.

Yes, we do. If you need replacement parts, new tires or new batteries please contact our team, we will be happy to assist you.

If you lose or damage your scooter key, you’ll need a new one as soon as possible. Contact us to order a new one.

Yes and no — weather is unpredictable. A rain shower or storm may start when you are out with your power chair, and it should be able to withstand a little bit of water exposure. However, all electric equipment should be protected from prolonged exposure to water to avoid malfunction, rust and damage. 

It’s a good idea to find shelter until the rain passes. Thoroughly dry your power equipment with a towel as soon as possible and make sure all surfaces are dry. When you’re not using it, keep your power equipment in a dry place.

After water exposure, check the operation and the brakes before using your equipment again to make sure it is safe to use. If you find any problems, call us immediately. We can evaluate the condition of your equipment and advise if you need service or repair.
