Your items are delivered quickly using our in-house delivery team, courier, or Australia Post depending on your order.

Boxed Metro Delivery

Boxed delivery is available in Perth Metro areas and through out the Rockingham, Kwinana, and Peel regions. If your product requires assembly by a technician, call us to discuss the options and associated fees.

Pre-Assembled Delivery

We'll deliver your product fully assembled, ready to use. Your product is assembled by a certified technician. This is a good option for anyone who may have difficulty assembling the product themselves. At this time, this option is only available in Kwinana, Rockingham & Peel regions.

Click & Collect

Pay for your product online and then collect it from our warehouse in Rockingham at no cost. Click & Collect can also be used to organise your own delivery arrangement. Please note product will be in the original boxed state (not assembled). 

Pre-Assembled Click & Collect

Pay for your product online and then collect it from our warehouse in Rockingham fully assembled and ready to use. The product is assembled by qualified technicians, and passes a safety check before it made available for collection.


Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Shipping times are roughly 2 – 3 days for metro regions and 5 – 7 business days for regional areas.

All states other than WA are classified as regional. Note: these timeframes do not apply to special orders. Shipping delays may happen during holiday seasons.

Shipping costs depend on a few factors — the size and weight of the product, and where you live. If the product is preassembled it will generally require more space and have a higher shipping cost. You will have the exact shipping cost before the checkout, after you enter your postal code. 

If pre-assembly is required, you can pick it up 24 hours after you placed the order on the following business day. All other Click & Collect orders will be ready for you to collect 2 hours after you place the order. Special orders may require more time, and you will be notified and get all the details.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, because the majority of our products are delivered by a courier.

We make sure your equipment will arrive safely, undamaged. With foam, protective wraps, and sturdy boxes, our packages are designed for maximum protection. In some cases, some parts may be disassembled for safer shipping.

In the unlikely case of a faulty, damaged or defective product, take photos of the affected parts and call or email us as soon as possible. Please send us the details within 3 days from receiving it so we can send a claim to the courier. If we need to send a replacement or parts, we will do that as quickly as possible.

This depends on what you’re waiting for and where we source it from. Our customer service rep will contact you by phone or email and provide the estimated delivery date. You can let us know if you want to go ahead with the order, or cancel and get a full refund.   

Our couriers are very reliable, but sometimes a shipment may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. A few days delay may happen during the holidays, as well. We will provide any details we may get. Please note, we don’t accept any financial liability resulting from the delay.
